This Privacy Policy explains how Kinxsound Worldwide BV ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the Kinxsound Connect platform.
Kinxsound Worldwide BV is the data controller for personal data processed via Kinxsound Connect.

From Requesters: name, email, phone number, and request details submitted through the Platform.
From Dealers: business name, VAT/company number, contact details, country, and listing information.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage logs.
Cookies and Tracking Data: collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).

To connect Requesters with Verified Dealers.
To verify Dealers and manage accounts.
To process validation fee, membership fee, and additional payments from Dealers.
To operate, maintain, and improve the Platform.
To send newsletters, marketing emails, and promotions.
To prevent fraud, ensure security, and comply with legal obligations.

Performance of a contract: enabling connections between Requesters and Dealers, and processing Dealer fees.
Consent: for marketing emails and the use of non-essential cookies.
Legitimate interest: ensuring security, preventing fraud, and improving the Platform.
Legal obligations: complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Requester data is shared only with the Verified Dealer(s) they choose to contact.
